Axis Property & Casualty LLC – Privacy Policy Notice (GLBA)
Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) generally prohibits any financial institution, directly or through its affiliates, from sharing nonpublic personal information about you with a nonaffiliated third party unless the institution provides you with a notice of its privacy policies and practices, such as the types of information that it collects about you and the categories of persons or entities to whom it may be disclosed. In compliance with the GLBA, we are providing you with this Privacy Policy Notice, which describes the privacy policies and practices of Axis Property & Casualty LLC (“ADM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Notice, no additional nonpublic personal information will be collected about you beyond what is needed for your transaction and related services.

We may disclose any of the above information that we collect about our customers or former customers as described below, as permitted by law.
1) To Our Affiliates (Related Companies)
We may share information with our affiliated businesses for title insurance, settlement, escrow, closing, underwriting support, quality control, compliance, auditing, and other transaction-related purposes, as permitted by law. Our affiliates may include:
Apex Title Services, LLC
Allgood Title AL LLC
Top Tier Title Services, LLC
ADM Title Services, LLC
Other companies that become affiliated with us in the future (we will update this notice if our practices materially change).
2) To Nonaffiliated Third Parties as Permitted by Law
We may also disclose information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law, including to parties involved in your transaction and to vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:
Title insurers and underwriters, lenders, investors, attorneys, real estate professionals, and other persons or entities involved in processing, servicing, closing, insuring, or otherwise administering your transaction.
Service providers that assist us with operational functions (for example, printing, mailing, delivery, data processing, document management, storage, and other fulfillment or technology services).
3) Insurance Quotes / Coverage Related to Your Transaction
At your request, or as part of services related to your real estate transaction, we may share certain information with insurance agencies, brokers, or carriers so that you may receive homeowners insurance quotes or coverage related to your transaction. This may include sharing information with Axis Property and Casualty, LLC for these purposes.
No Sharing Outside What the Law Allows
WE DO NOT DISCLOSE NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WITH ANYONE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BY LAW.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and authorized parties who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you, administer your transaction, or support our operations. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
